Local Gregg Feaster is a third of the way through hiking the entirety of the MST. He refers to the Mid State Trail as the county’s best option for views and exercise, excluding private property. Gregg, who works in the truck insurance services industry, recently founded Cork & Compass Craft Distillery, which will open on Railroad Street in Bedford this winter.

Our biology class visited Mike and Laura Jackson’s Black Valley Property in high school. It was like a candy lover visiting Willy Wonka’s chocolate factory!
